Shipping Methods in the United States of America
We offer the following shipping options for delivery within the USA, including select US Territories and APO Addresses. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

We utilize services from the US Post, UPS and FedEx to offer the following shipping options:

Order Processing Information (*)

• Most orders are processed within one business day and will generally dispatch the next business day.
• Orders received on holidays or on weekends will not be processed until the next business day
• Orders shipping to addresses other than the confirmed credit card billing address may take an additional 2 to 5 days to complete fraud review. Customers should ship to the credit card billing address if urgent shipping is required.
• Not all shipping options are available from all warehouses. The shopping cart will display valid shipping choices per warehouse.

About Super Saver Shipping
As well as our great prices on products, you can save big with super-saver shipping.

Super-Saver shipping takes on average around 7 to 15 business days, and is sent with tracking. Not all products qualify for super-saver shipping. Super-saver eligible items include books, bibles, music and movies. Currently only the New Kensington PA, Sparks NV and Johnson City TN warehouses support super saver shipping (remember super saver is only available for books, bibles, music and movies). Products shipping from LaVergne TN, Franklin TN, Stuller LA and Atlanta GA are not eligible for Super Saver shipping.

Check your shopping cart for specifics. Large items such as exercise equipment, and some special store feature items, may have dedicated shipping and handling over and above the super-saver shipping rates.

Orders May Ship From Multiple Warehouses
Not all products ship from the same warehouse. Shipping rates are assessed per warehouse, and orders being shipped from multiple warehouses will be assessed multiple shipping charges.

Shipping Methods to Canada and Europe
When shipping to Canada and the UK, customers may choose from discounted postal rates, or use UPS or Fedex. Super-Saver shipping is not available to Canadian or European customers. Shipping times are shows as follows:

Returns Information
All items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, customers must contact the product manufacturer to resolve any issues. We do not accept returns under any circumstances for orders after 30 days.

Customers are responsible for paying the return postage costs. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit. For this reason we strongly recommend that you insure your return. Refunds are only issued once the item has been received at our returns processing centers.

Return Procedure
Please follow this return procedure to ensure that you receive prompt service. Failure to comply will result in delays in processing your return claim.

• Locate your packing slip and complete the return information request.
• Send your items back insured and with tracking.
• In some situations a restocking fee may be applied. Please note, all special orders and custom framed art is non-returnable. Due to health reasons, all gourmet and food products are non returnable.
• Return the products to the CORRECT address. Items should be returned as follows:
  
  All items need to be returned to the the correct address within 30 days of receipt. Jewelry must be returned within 10 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. Follow the directions on the packing slip as there are different return addresses depending on the warehouse that shipped the item, and the product must be returned to the correct address for a refund. Your packing slip will contain the correct returns information for your order.
